Many different printing techniques, always the same quality

Pad printing
Pad printing

Pad printing is a technique that uses rubber or silicone stamps to print the company logo on promotional gifts, with a sharper finish than screen printing. It is an economical and fast printing method, widely used in products such as ballpoint pens, desk clocks, business card holders, USB, ceramic mugs or key rings.

Screen printing
Screen printing

With silk-screen printing, the ink is printed directly on the article through a canvas. The screen contains a mesh with small openings that allow the ink to be transferred to the surface of the article. Silk-screen printing is a popular technique as it is economical and used on plastic, glass, wood, metal or ceramic products. As long as the surface we need to print is flat, almost every item can be printed on silk-screen.

Laser engraving
Laser engraving

Laser engraving can be used on metal or wood surfaces, creating a professional and very durable finish. The more complex the logo or the larger the surface to be engraved, the longer the production time. We can apply this technique to products such as ballpoint pens, bamboo products, metal key holders, cardboard holders, metal bottles, usb or even bottle cases.

Ceramic transfer
Ceramic transfer

This technique is applied on ceramic mugs and promotional items, being durable and wash resistant. A transfer is printed, similar to the normal transfer process, on a special paper. The paper is wetted and the article is baked in a 700 degree oven. When it cools down, the print is incorporated into the material. We can apply this technique to ceramic or glass products, such as mugs, cups and glasses.

Sublimation
Sublimation

Sublimation allows the printing of very sharp and colourful images, such as photographs, on mugs or bottles. In this case the image is prepared on a sheet, which is transferred by heat to the product. Sublimation has the enormous advantage of being able to be used on concave surfaces, producing very defined images. We can apply this technique to products such as mugs or bottles, already produced with materials that allow the use of this technique.

Digital Printing
Digital Printing

The digital printing is done with a four colour digital printer, which prints the logo on the advertising gift. This printing technique has great advantages such as speed, high quality guarantee, and the possibility to print in several colours. It is ideal for small quantities and can be used on flat or slightly curved surfaces, such as ballpoint pens, key-rings or blocks.

Digital Transfer
Digital Transfer

To customise merchandising products with logos in many colours, digital transfer printing is the best solution. The image is transferred to the product through a thermal press. It is an optimised transfer process, without colour limits, for small quantities. We can apply this technique to products such as briefcases, computer briefcases, backpacks and cotton bags or other materials.

Transfer printing
Transfer printing

More economical than digital transfer, this technique also allows very uniform and high quality printing results in the smallest details and brightest printing colours on various surfaces. We can apply this technique to products such as briefcases, computer briefcases, backpacks and cotton bags and other fabrics.

Digital Label
Digital Label

Depending on the material, advertising items cannot always be printed easily. Therefore the best option will be the Digital label to stick on the product. The logo is printed on a roll of sticky paper. The paper is then cut into the desired shape and the stickers are ready for use.
